We would like to introduce ourselves not as Hoteliers but as a Home Maker trying to make your stay memorable.

Few notes on the Apartment :
A) Booking Restrictions : We strongly DO NOT entertain unmarried couples and it is clearly mentioned on the booking portal.

B) Main Gate : Guests are requested to close the main gate at all times.

C) Footwear : A water tap is located on the Ground Floor left side to the entrance in order to wash Beach or Outdoor Footwear prior to entering the apartment.

D) Caution : Use of Air-Conditioning and Water Heater at the same time may lead to trip in the Electricity OR other electricity failures.

E) In House Entertainment : Comfort yourself with our latest Internet Tv showcasing latest movies and serials (parental guidence is required as the contents are not filtered). Those who wish to use the traditional cable channels can be accesed using Jio Tv and Livenet Tv.

F) Specific Requirements : Washing Machine and Clothes Dryer is available on the terrace from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. Feel free to call for any Kitchen or Household requirements.

G) No Smoking : Guests are requested not to smoke inside the house, a designated smoking is available and is located on the terrace.

H) Tours & Transportation : Approach us for any transport requirement in & around Mangalore. Easy access to UBER/ OLA cabs & Auto-Rickshaw’s from the Apartment.

I) Clean Home : Treat our home as your home, help us to maintain the cleanliness.
Any kitchen utensils used must be kept washed, if any unclean utensils found at the time of checkout will be charged extra Rs 300/-.
Any cleaning except kitchen utensils after checkin is charged extra at Rs 200/- for each request.

J) Check out time and additional charges : Apartment rental period expires at 11:00 a.m. For late checkouts Rs 500/- would be charged from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and thereafter a full day charges will apply and guest will be allowed to extend for the day subject to availability.

K) Visitors : No visitors after 10:00 p.m. Visitors must notify host upon their arrival. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. Visitors are not allowed to use guest amenities. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times.

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to apartment type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check what conditions apply to your preferred room.

Crib and extra bed policies

Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

The maximum number of extra beds and cribs allowed depends on the room you choose. Double-check your selected room for the maximum capacity.
